| James Andrews: Product Development Director |

James founded WebAbacus, returning to lead development of the product in late 2006 as CTO of Foviance. He has more than fifteen years broad experience of technology, with interests in usability, intelligent software, modular solutions and fulfilling business requirements. After studying Electronic Engineering, James joined Toronto Dominion Bank where he spent seven years leading strategic projects within treasury, accounting, networking and dealing room systems. Following eighteen months at city consultancy Michaelhouse Management, James launched Blue Sky Communications in 1997 and developed the WebAbacus product in 1998. |

| Sean Burton: Product Manager |

Sean Burton is Product Manager for WebAbacus, responsible for setting the strategic vision for the product, defining its future development path and ensuring the quality of all official releases and updates. Prior to this role Sean was a senior technical consultant, working with clients to define, implement and optimise their analytical solutions. Sean is also the analytics lecturer on the New Media Age industry-wide education program in the UK. Before joining WebAbacus in September 2004, he worked as a senior designer for EPIC, a leading supplier of e-Learning and knowledge led content management systems to government bodies and companies such as Video Arts and Barclays Bank PLC. |

| Helen Birch: Client Services and Support Manager |

Helen joined WebAbacus as a technical consultant in 2004. Helen is responsible for the delivery of all WebAbacus technical services and providing customers with access to excellent customer support. Prior to joining WebAbacus Helen worked for IBM UK as part of the Global Services Consulting and EMEA Data Management business, primarily supporting critical database systems for large clients such as DHL, Orange and the BBC. |
In addition to the above, we work closely with colleagues from our sister company Foviance.
